Adult Services and Programs
AANE is dedicated to the social well-being of adults with Asperger Syndrome, as well as making sure adults and their families are well informed. There are several groups that adults and their families can join.
Informational meetings with AANE staff are available for adults with AS and their parents. Call 617-393-3824 to schedule an appointment.
Full and partial scholarships are available to all AANE sponsored events and programs.

Important Notes
The Employment Advisory Committee is seeking information from the AANE community to help us focus our efforts to improve the employment outcomes of adults with AS. If you are an employer, or work for a company who may be “Asperger’s friendly”, please consider filling out the short Questionnaire for Job Development Opportunities. Adults with AS, please let us know about your work and job hunting experiences by filling out the brief Questionnaire for Adults with Asperger’s. AANE STUDY: Adults Wanted for Survey on Asperger’s Syndrome and Psychotherapy.
NOMI'S STUDY IS STILL RUNNING! Nomi Kaim, a 23-year-old with Asperger’s and a member of the AANE community, is collecting the experiences and opinions of adults (ages 19-119) with Asperger’s Syndrome regarding psychotherapy for AS-related symptoms. Participants will complete a 6-page anonymous questionnaire and mail it in to AANE’s Watertown office. Findings will be published in an upcoming AANE newsletter and submitted to a professional journal. Individuals need not be in psychotherapy treatment to participate. As of March 2007, surveys are still being accepted in an ongoing fashion, with no deadline. When a deadline is determined, it will be posted on this page.
