How You Can Help AANE

AANE is supported by your membership and donations. You can support the AANE in a variety of ways:

Direct General Donation

Please use our General Donation Form if you wish to support AANE financially, outside of any special drives like our Annual Appeal. You may also make general donations online.

Volunteer opportunities:

Please call Dania at (617) 393-3824 if interested in any of these opportunities.

Book Donations

AANE is collecting new and used books about Asperger Syndrome to add to its visitor library.
Please call Dania at (617) 393-3824 x303 or email Dania.Jekel@aane.org.

Donate your Used Car!

AANE is collaborating with Donation Line as a tertiary fundraising partner. Any used cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, etc. you donate can provide AANE with additional funding. Make sure to include AANE as a benefiting charity on the Car Donation Form (listed under "Disease Education/Research/Support").

United Way

If you are making an ongoing charitable contribution through the United Way, please consider writing in AANE as the donor recipient. While direct contributions are the optimal choice, AANE is thankful for any contribution that can be made through agencies like this.

Combined Federal Campaign

If you are a federal employee, you may donate to the Combined Federal Campaign by designating MHOA, CFC#12115.

Catalogue for Philanthropy

AANE has been selected for listing in the 2007 prestigious Massachusetts Catalogue for Philanthropy. This year 390 charities applied for new listings, and 54 were selected, as “examples of excellence” in all fields of Massachusetts philanthropy. According to George McCully, President of the Catalogue, “AANE was chosen because they are a great example of private initiatives for public good, focusing on quality of life in Massachusetts and because they are both excellent and cost-effective. We urge donors to consider AANE to their giving this year.”

Other ways to help:

At the Portraits of Inspiration 2004 fundraiser, one speaker gave a stirring testimonial for why the people and AANE need each other.
