Let me into your space
so I can share this glorious pain
from the glowing grace of spirit
in my heart centre
such light and fire that's too much
for self and family only
that must go out to another
(or several) lest I burst asunder
Spirit pulsing in me
like the heart of an athlete
in the throes of performance
for I am filled to surfeit
and needs must share

From this sun in my heart
this solar centre of Spirit
that now awakened is a channel
for universal love
I direct the excess to you
hoping that its positive effects
will help you in all endeavours
for a fulfilling beautiful life
on the journey to God realization
