They are Marissa Sherrill Lynn, who had a sex change operation from male to female and is the founder and past president of IFGE, the International Foundation for Gender Education in Waltham, MA; Sheila Kirk, M.D., a male obstetrician/ gynecologist who takes female hormones and dresses as a woman; and Nancy Reynolds Nangeroni, a male who dresses as a woman and belongs to the Society of Crossdressing Hardware Engineers.
