Arch Between Trees consists of a couple of hundred steel rods welded together in an arch form, with tendrils which emerge from it and go out to become entangled in the trees on either side of it.
The central arch is 11 ft. high and 17 ft. wide.
This piece was originally designed for and installed at the Acton-Boxborough Cultural Council Exhibit at the Arboretum in Acton, Mass. It was later re-configured and exhibited at the Contemporary Sculpture at Chesterwood exhibit in Stockbridge, Mass.
