Applications for Spring 2009 Exchange

Student applications for the 2009 D-S China Exchange Group are available here and due on Friday, March 14, 2008. Teacher applications are available here and are due April 28, 2008. Both forms are also available at the front office and from social studies teachers. Submit completed applications to Rebecca Vizulis, Social Sudies Department. Please address questions to Ms. Vizulis at vizulisr@doversherborn.org.

Student Applicant Qualifications

Qualifications for successful candidates for the Exchange are:

student in her/his senior year; teacher from the D-S regional system

student must have good academic standing

a keen spirit of adventure

commitment to the study and use of the Chinese language

flexibility in travel and living arrangements

willingness and enthusiasm to serve as a cultural ambassador

a lively esprit de corps
