The Benjamin
Franklin
Classical Charter Public School
I'm working
at BFCCPS again this year, teaching a drama class to grades 6-8
and directing the winter musical, "Bye, Bye Birdie."
We perform March 4 and 5, 2005. It should be great!
I'm also subsititute teaching at Barbieri
School, a K-5 elementary school in Framingham, MA. Shades
of deja vu: last year one of the two music teachers at Barbieri
was out for a maternity leave for two months, and I took over
for her. This year the other music teacher is out, and I'm teaching
her classes. It's nice to be back!
Performing Arts Center of
Metrowest (PAC)
I recently took
the job as Drama Director for PAC.
I'll be helping coordinate the drama classes and productions, as
well as directing my own shows. I directed and produced "Peter
Pan" there last spring, and am doing a show called "Holiday
Revelry" this fall. Inspired by the Christmas Revels, this
song-dance-music-drama show incorporates multi-cultural songs and
scenes in a Framingham-based script. Auditions are Sunday, Sept.
19th for grades 3-8. We hope we get a good crowd!
