Objectives:
- Maximize the power & utility of the non-print medium
- Disassemble multi-job ads into one-job ads--Smaller ads serve up faster
- Retain all essential company information
- Use a little more typography and layout--help readers get information fast
- Edit minimal content to reflect many-jobs-to-one-job conversion:
E.g., "These positions..." becomes "This position..."
- Create hyperlinks and mailto links in ads to speed job-seeker response
- Maximize user flexibility
- Minimize user intervention burden--time & effort
