Rockingham Country Club links style golf course is a challenge for all levels of golfer. Tiny greens test the best amateurs in the seacoast, the undulating fairways also test the average golfer. If you’re looking for a manicured course, this is not the place. The golf here is very close to the origins of the game. Expect to experience golf the way it used to be played with short holes and tiny greens. The woods are a double-edged sword; they provide undisturbed enjoyment, but they also affect your play, at virtually every hole. Raised greens, deep bunkers, and a few strategic ponds set the challenge on a course that some mistakenly think too short for a good game, although not long, it will challenge the shot making and patience of every player. |
