[Triage Logo] Sample Radio Report

This is a typical radio report which would be faxed, emailed or mailed to a client. The reports can be formatted however the client wishes to see the information. It can be laid out with market information, city, school, etc. It can be sorted by call letters, by zip code, by market, by the record's performance, etc.

Thought the codes are fairly easy to figure out, there is a key to the codes and their definitions on the bottom of this page.
