From North of the City Follow 93S to the Albany Street exit. Follow the signs for Albany Street/Boston Medical Center. Turn right on East Newton St. The next intersection will be Harrison Avenue and East Newton. We are on this corner in the Bates Arts Resource Center, which is a large brown-brick building. The address is 731 Harrison Ave.From within the City Take Massachusetts Avenue southbound through Boston. You will pass across Tremont Street, Shawmut Street and Washington Street. You will then see the Boston Medical Center ahead to your left and a walking bridge directly ahead. This is the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Harrison Avenue. Take a left onto Harrison Ave and drive three blocks until Harrison intersects with East Newton Strett. We are on this corner in the Bates Arts Resource Center, which is a large brown-brick building. The address is 731 Harrison Ave.

Bus The 1 MBTA bus will drop you at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Harrison Avenue. The walk down Harrison Avenue to The Bates Arts Resource Center is less than 5 minutes. And the CT1 MBTA bus will drop you at the corner of Harrison and East Newton Street.Train The Mass Ave stop on the Orange Line, and the Symphony stop on the Green line will deposit you on Massachusetts Avenue. The walk from these stops to the Bates Arts Resource Center is approximately 10-15 minutes along Massachusetts Avenue, and then another 5 minutes along Harrison.
