A valid drivers license or state ID is required
Picnic representatives must be 21 years or older to
purchase a picnic permit. Picnic representatives with
permit must be present at the grove no later
9:00 a.m. to ensure your use of the area.


Picnic Permit Change requests can be made up to 3
working days prior to the permitted date. Changes
require a $5 fee with the original permit and receipt.

NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS


A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR:

CANOPY/TENT BEER TRUCK
PORT-O-LET CATERERS
ICE CREAM TRUCKS DUNK TANK
MOONWALK JUMPING JACK
CANDY MACHINES GENERATOR
PONY RIDES PETTING ZOOS
SPECIAL REQUESTS LIGHTS
OVERFLOW PARKING KIDDY RIDES

SPECIAL USE PERMITS require a picnic permit
a $10 fee and a proof of $1,000,000 liability
insurance.
