Where is the condo?

The unit is located at Cranmore Birches, a complex of mountainside townhouses
located adjacent to Mount Cranmore Ski Resort

Is there a pool?

Not in the condo complex, but Cranmore Sports Club (see link) offers indoor pool, jacuzzi,
workout facilities and climbing walls. Open to all, pay at the door.

Air Conditioning?

No, but lots of sliders, decks, and fans

Do you provide linens?

Yes, beds will be unmade with linens and towels on top. Of course, you can bring your own if you prefer.

What else is included?

Paper Products (toilet paper, papertowels, coffee filters) and firewood are provided.

Do you offer refunds on cancellation?

If we can find another renter for your dates, absolutely.

I've heard traffic is a nightmare. Is it so?

North Conway is infamous for traffic snarls. But a new road opened in late summer
2002 which links the Cranmore area directly with Rte 302, providing a traffic-free bypass
around the outlets on Rte 16.

Is it ski in/out?

No, it's a short ride down the hillside to the resort lodge.

What is the layout? What kind of beds?

Lower level has 2 twins in bedroom, twin bunks in gameroom, and futon. Upper level has
queen in master, 2 twins (or one king) in 2nd bedroom. Bunkloft has 2 twin and 1 queen.
