* We require a $150 deposit to secure a booking request. After the rental is complete we will inspect the house to make sure it is in proper shape and we will also check the electricity meter to assess the amount of electricity used. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit and that amount will be returned to the renter.
You do not have to clean the cabin or wash the linens, though you will need to neaten up, put out the trash and clean up any spills, etc before leaving. During winter, we provide firewood (each room also has electric heat).
Restrictions: No pets, no smoking. Children are welcome. Maximum size of groups: 6. No loud parties. Maximum two vehicles.
