About The Pharmers band...

The Pharmers are your Ultimate Fun High-energy Punk Rock, Classic Rock, Pop Rock band Based out of Southeastern Chester County PA.

The Pharmers, formed in 2002, plays an eclectic mix of true Punk-rock classics, Classic Rock-n-Roll staples, and some other pop-culture all time favorites - all done in our own unique Pharmers way!
The Pharmers are:
Brad Galer - Lead Vocals
Peter O'Neill - Guitar, Vocals
Laurie Bailey - Bass, Vocals
Darren Dorman - Drums, Vocals

The Pharmers band is named "The Pharmers" because the band was originally formed by Dr. Bradley Galer, who at the time was the VP of Clinical Research at a local southeastern, PA pharmaceutical company, and all the members of the band were from the pharma company. Over the years, the band has gone through many changes and the members of the band have always been pharmaceutical company workers - from various pharma companies in the area.

The founder, Brad Galer on lead vocals, has always been constant, along with Drummer Darren Dorman, and bass-player Laurie Bailey. Other members (guitarists, bass-player, keyboards, back-up singers) have come and gone; but we have found an awesome chemistry with the gifted guitarist Peter O'Neill who came from a pharma company that Darren and he used to work at, that is no longer in the area. Peter has been in the band since 2008, and we're the best we've ever been !!!

The Pharmers mostly played shows associated with pharmaceutical company functions which Brad had arranged for the band to be the entertainment. As these occurrences became less and less, the band started to play shows at the Galer Estate Winery after the Galer Family aquired the winery and began to remodel and open their lovely winery, vineyard, and tasting room to the public.

As the band continues to learn new songs, play shows, and gather a following of fans, we are trying to reach out to local clubs and pubs in the southeastern PA, Wilmington and Newark DE area so more people can come out and see this unique and entertaining band!!
