12 Jan 1793 - In Grant No. 1159, James Broyles is granted 200 acres on the west side of Horse Creek, adjoining Emanuel Sedusky, deceased. On the same date, by Grant 1167, he is also granted 200 acres on the west side of Horse Creek, adjoining Jacob Broyles, and John Waddle. [87]:436,438
