Map and Directions
to Sherwood Hall Library

From the Beltway Via Route 1:

· Coming from the Beltway (I-495), take Exit 177A South ("Fort Belvoir").

· Travel south on Rt. 1 for 4.1 miles, passing Beacon Mall, South Valley Mall and Golds Gym (all on the right).

· After passing Golds Gym, turn left at the second traffic light, opposite Wal-Mart, onto Sherwood Hall Lane.

· Travel through two traffic lights (0.5 Miles), past the Fire Station at Parkers Lane.

· The library parking lot will be immediately on the right, after crossing Parkers Lane.

From Old Town Alexandria Via The George Washington Parkway:

· Follow Washington Street South through Alexandria and continue down the George Washington Memorial Parkway South.

· Take the fourth exit (Morningside Lane).

· Follow Morningside Lane to the first traffic light and continue straight through the light. Morningside Lane becomes Sherwood Lane.

· Travel Sherwood Hall Lane 1.1 miles and the library will be on the left, just before the next traffic light at Parkers Lane.

From Fort Belvoir and Woodbridge:

· Take Route 1 North past Woodlawn Plantation. Continue north, passing the Multiplex Cinema on the left.

· Take a right hand exit lane at the next traffic light, onto Sherwood Hall Lane, opposite Wal-Mart.

· Travel through two traffic lights (0.5 miles). The library parking lot will be immediately on the right, after Parkers Lane.
