This quilt featuring a gray whale was painted for the Endangered Species quilt show at the New England Quilt Museum in Lowell, Massachusetts.  Other endangered species shown are the narwhale, manatee,  Hawksbill sea turtle, and Kemp's Ridley turtle. (Hand quilting by Janet Hale, Hadley, MA.)
