This quilt was made
as a 25th anniversary present for my husband. Each of the 120
squares depicts a favorite memory. Included are favorite places
such as the Coast of Maine, Bryce Canyon, Big Bend, and the Colorado
River. Some panels represent a special moment such as the lunar
eclipse reflected in the tide pool in Maine and camping with the
tortoises in the Galapagos. (Hand quilting by Sally
Weymouth, Bailey Island, ME.)
