Other Memories or I'm Gettin' There by DR Varg So many sights still stir her up; and make that day then real, which we had spent together, hence, our love again, I feel! ![]() that she and I did share, the day returns--it's present--clear! Again it seems, I'm there!
This state is quite a poignant one
And when I do, it settles down;
And then it's OK--bearable,
And I'm then open to a muse
engrossed in this and feeling it!
I welcome, relish and invite
So, one fine day I took a ride |

I'd traveled there, to this address,
one day to meet my friend; a conf'rence here was scheduled and all day, she would attend.
But she requested that we meet
She soon appeared, and t'wards me walked;
A wooded spot was close, nearby;
The whole event returned to me
And ev'rything within my sight
Today, I sensed an angle new. ![]() David R. Varg (2-8-02) |
