Your time to share with us;     
so brief, it seemed;
Missing was the smile we loved--
    ever-present it had beamed!

And so much sadness came     
to ev'ryone;
...seemed you were lost from us;
      all your sparkle, gone and done!

But we'll see your face     
in the twink'ling of a star;
the heaven, now your residence;
    you are with us, still you are!

And we'll always sense your love;     
you'll be ne'er away too far!
We'll forever feel your presence
    in ev'ry twink'ling of a star!

You'll live so vibrantly      
in all our hearts.
We can now sense your love
    as the nightly radiance starts.

Clear ev'nings always will     
bring forth your glow.
Just gazing skyward can
    spark your spirit, ever so!

And we'll see your face     
in the twink'ling of a star.
The night will bring you near to us;
    high above, is where you are!

And your footprints, might be gone;     
but your spirit holds no marr!
You'll forever be returned to us
    in ev'ry twink'ling of a star!

Oh! How we miss you Col,     
our pain, not slight.
But with a little faith,
    we will see your smile tonight.
