C1 Grendels

Important for C2 owners: It has been reported on the alt.games.creatures newsgroup that if you convert a C1 grendel via the nornverter and import it into C2, it looks like a norn. Thus, conversion is not recommended.

This is Gillian, who was hatched from an egg in Terra Nornia. Her parents came from the multi-colored grendels genetics created by slink. (For more information on Terra Nornia, visit my Addons page.) She is about 9 minutes old in this picture and in this download. She has been fairly happy, and a good eater. She seems to like to play musical instruments and to hang out in the garden in Terra Nornia, plus she is attentive to the hand. She was taught all of the words in the Terra Nornia version of the Encyclopedia Nornica (which was created by Slink, and you can find at Pool Shark's tribute to Slink's Burrow Online).

This is Grape, obviously named that because of his bright purple color - it isn't so easy to tell here, but he has a very purple tone all over him, and not just highlights. He is only a couple of minutes old, and hasn't shown any distinguishing personality characteristics yet. If you want him to be this tiny when you import him, you have to get the baby grendel sprites from my Addons page, or he will look adult-sized. His parents are the same as Gillian's.

Various grendels - non-fertile, though - are available for download from Cyberlife's official page. Go to the Downloads section, select your computer type, choose the link to downloading new eggs or norns, and then scroll down the list, to near the bottom.
