Links

(Please don't E-mail me requesting a link unless you've got a number of grendels - or some that are somehow unique - for download, or some grendel-specific stuff on your page. I can't link to every Creatures page on the web, after all! )
CyberLife's Creatures and Creatures 2 pages: The place to go for official word on the games, upgrades, and more.
Frimlin's Kiwi Creatures: Useful species like the the Wood norns, Red Happy Eater norns, Equals norns, and the Norgrens for C1, amphibicreatures and improved genetics for C2, plus COBs, genetics tutorials, and so on - and he proudly notes that his was the first and oldest Creatures website in the Southern Hemisphere. A wonderful site!
The Norn Underground: A very useful site, with utilities, COBs, norns (including the superb Nova Subterra norns for C2), genetic engineering info, a FAQ for newbies, a discussion board, and lots more.
SteerPike's Albian Fun House and Pandemonium Shadow Show: Lovely paintings for your norns to admire, musical instruments to play, toys to bring enjoyment, and vendors providing all sorts of delicacies - one of the best COB-makers I've seen. Plus a collection of Creatures-related illustrated stories/poems/etc., all showcasing his pointed humor. Sadly, SteerPike has notified us that his site will not be updated, indefinitely.
The Palace of the Evil Shee: Grorns, shee, hippy norns, Terra Nornia, improved C2 norns like Canny Norns, gill norns, MerNorns, info on chemicals and making new breeds - lots of reasons to visit!
Albia 2000: A new room for C1, Atlantis, plus COBs, the shrine to Toby Simpson, "Who's who on a.g.c", Essex Norns, etc.
Jimbo's Creatures Page: Really neat COBs for C2, and lots of creatures for download.
Adventures in Nornsitting: Lots of creative norn pictures, and another home of the MerNorns for C2.
Bonadrey Nornery: Specializing in Forest and Purple Mountain Norn breeds, who enjoy musical instruments and speak an old dialect of the theater, Polari. Martha has a neat selection of COBs, too.
Tortured Norns: You may not like what AntiNorn does on this site, but these norns provide a challenge for rehabilitation to even an expert Creatures player. He's also very helpful on the newsgroups. Don't bother flaming him - he's heard it all before. Children or the very sensitive might want to avoid this site, though I think the pictures are funny and obviously over-the-top parody. (And no, I don't torture norns...)
Creatures Developers Resource: Neat programs to help you convert files for making COBs/graphics/etc., and for monitoring your creatures' health.
NORNGod's NORNMania: C2 cobs and info, plus grendels and norns to download, are only a few of the reasons to visit.
Slink's Specials: A site dedicated to archiving the works of Slink (Sandra Linkletter), a cobbler and norn geneticist who contributed a lot to C1 and C2, and helped many in the online community.
Rude Dog and Pool Shark: Fun COBs and creatures, genetic experiments, and neat awards.
Albian Scrolls: Assorted weirdness, especially the Emergency Stat Monkey Page, from a nice guy.
geNorNics: A superb site for understanding the genetics of norns.
Emy's Albian Groove: Colored Canny norns and MerNorns for C2, a Norn Name Book, and C2 FAQs on "those funky stars" around a norn's head sometimes and gene splicer mishaps. Plus eem (for C1 and C2), the mascot of alt.games.creatures!
alt.binaries.games.creatures Archive: This site is very overlooked in its importance - Deja News does not archive the binaries posted to binary groups, and not all ISPs carry alt.binaries.* groups (like mine). This archives all of the binaries posted (after a short delay) and maintains them on the web for download!
Kinnison's Creatures Pages: Handy applications and information, and the home of the Original Creatures Webring.
Norn Holiday: Make it Easter or Christmas in C1 Albia with these neat bunny or Santa norns, and decorations.
Where's the COB?: A helpful site for finding that COB you know you saw somewhere on the web but can't recall where.
Help for newbies!
