Exeter Center for Creative Arts (ECCA) is a non-profit Art Center dedicated to providing art education to the greater Seacoast New Hampshire community. In existence as ECCA since 1996, the art center now reaches over 1200 clients annually from over a dozen towns in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. |
