Located at 346 West 20 St. (between 8th and 9th Avenues) in the heart of the Chelsea historic district Saint Peter's Church is available for recordings, concerts, mini-conferences, and auditions (contact Sandra Elm, see information below)

The following rates are in effect as of September 1, 2007:

RECORDINGS

  • $250 per 5-hour period for recording session(s) this is a daily minimum;
    time begins with load-in and ends with load-out

  • additional hours @ $50 per hour (before 9 AM or after Midnight @ $75 per hour)

  • heating charge $125 minimum per day, Nov.-March (Oct. & April optional)

  • tuning charge if on-site Baldwin baby grand piano is used (on-site piano is fine for most concerts, but piano rental is essential for most recordings)

CONCERTS

  • Please Note: because of the high volume of recording rentals, concerts are
    generally only possible on Friday or Saturday evenings.
    You must supply a minimum of TWO helpers - one to work box office
    and another to usher and provide access to facilities in adjacent rectory.

  • $325 for 5-hour concert period; time begins w/load-in & ends w/load-out

  • additional hours @ $65 per hour (after Midnight @ $75 per hour)

  • heating charge $125 minimum per day, Nov.-March (Oct. & April optional)

  • $85 tuning charge if on-site Baldwin baby grand piano is used
