Looking for a roommate to share a 2br, 1st floor apartment in a 2 family house. Great Location! Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Landlord lives on 2nd floor. Free off street parking, nice well maintained yard. Washer/Dryer and plenty of storage in basement. No Pets.
Walking distance from Alewife
subway station (10 min) and Minuteman Bike path (5 min). About
a 2 min. drive to nearby Rt. 2.
Close to shops, restaurants and the city. This is a great apartment to
share if you are looking for easy accessibility to highway, public
transportation and the city as well as many restaurants, pubs and outdoor
activities.
Apt. is in great condition! It is clean, and well maintained by landlord. Hardwood floors in entire house, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom. Furnished except for the extra bedroom. Bedroom has a closet, 2 windows and a phone jack. Room size about 9' x 11' Shared bathroom and shower. All utilities shared. Looking for someone clean, quiet, stable and friendly. I am an easy going, professional who likes my privacy but is also very friendly, active and outgoing. Room available approx. 11/1 possibly later.
