Event/Trip Cancellation & Liability Policies
Cancellations must be received in writing by the dates indicated. 
SPECIAL EVENTS, PARTIES, AND LESSONS:
If within 10 days of the date, NO REFUND will be given. Greater than 10 
days prior, NO REFUND unless activity is sold out and a suitable replacement 
is made. If replaced, a refund will be given less a $5 to $15 service charge. 
WEEKEND TRIPS: Greater than 21 days prior to departure a refund of amount 
paid will be given, less a $25 service charge. Within 21 days prior to
departure... NO REFUND will be given unless a suitable replacement is 
made.  If replaced, a refund will be given, less a minimum $25 service charge.
UNPAID BALANCES within 21 days of departure are subject to cancellation 
and forfeiture of all monies paid. 
VACATION TRAVEL: Subject to a minimum $200 Wild Side service charge plus any 
fees set by agency administering trip. 
LIABILITY: Participant acknowledges that there are inherent risks in 
skiing, whitewater rafting and other sports, and agrees to assume the risk of 
injury and damage, and further agrees to hold harmless the Wild Side 
Adventures, its employees and agents from any claims whatsoever resulting 
from participation in any Wild Side related activity; and further releases and
discharges Wild Side Adventures, its assigns and successors from any and all 
actions for damages, claims or injury from or as a result of participation in 
the activities contemplated by this agreement, and acknowledges Wild Side acts 
solely as agent carrying out services and assumes no responsibility for 
injury, loss or damage to persons or property, nor for faults or defaults of
companies or those carrying out services; nor accidents, injuries, delays,
cancellations; changes due to weather; baggage, lodging, insufficient
participation, or any circumstances whatsoever beyond the control of 
Wild Side Adventures.
Additional expenses due to uncontrollable circumstances will be prorated 
among participants. Wild Side Adventures, Inc. reserves the right to 
exclude intoxicated or disorderly persons from any portion of an event or trip
without refund of money.
