I am an assistant professor, teaching
international political economy at the University of Toronto. Previously,
I was a senior research fellow at the Max-Planck Project Group on Common
Goods in Bonn, Germany. I defended my Ph.D. at Georgetown's Department of
Government in June 2000. I also hold an M.A. from Georgetown's School of
Foreign Service (in German and European Studies), and an M.A. in Politics
from University College Dublin.
