3-D Models > Spray Bottle 1

Objective: Select a household object capable of being concealed in one hand. Translate the various shapes of the object into simple polygons in Rhino 3-D, create a model, then fold the model down into a flat surface. Print the resulting pattern on a light, white paper/board and actually construct the model. Analysis: This project was an assignment for a foundation 3-D modeling course at DePaul University. I chose to model a small water sprayer, but the entire bottle was simply too large to model, so I paired it down to just the sprayer head. The design above is the entire bottle, before I broke the various components down into polygonal equivalents. See "Spray Bottle 2" to view my revised model.
