Journey’s End Farm is located in
Southern Fauquier County, Virginia convenient to Warrenton,
The facilities include a six-stall barn,
paddocks with 3 board fence with cross-fencing for separate turnout. A
90’ x 200’ sand/bluestone ring allows for year-round riding. For the
combined training rider, we also offer a grass jumping ring and access to
trails and hills for conditioning. The farm is conveniently located to
numerous recognized and schooling shows.
Linda will gladly travel to local barns for lessons.
Training is also available. Rates vary depending on number of rides per week.
Linda Fragale has a B.S. Degree in Equestrian Studies and is a USDF “L” graduate, judging schooling shows throughout the state. She has competed through Third Level Dressage and Training Level Eventing. Linda has competed at Dressage BLM Championships and Combined Training Championships. She has been teaching for over 20 years and has worked with students of all ages, working extensively with Pony Club.
Linda’s teaching philosophy in dressage follows the German training scale: rhythm and relaxation, acceptance of the bit, suppleness, impulsion, straightness, collection/engagement. She teaches with a building block approach, only moving on to the next step once one step has been accomplished. Linda has patience with the horse and rider and recognizes and handles confidence problems that may arise.
