Le ChambordLe Chambord, a 22 story, 39 unit condominium building located on 72nd Street on the upper east side of Manhattan, was developed by an affiliate of the firm in a joint venture with The Webb Companies and Heller-Macaulay Equities of New York. The luxury units are two to a floor, have three exposed sides for views and include greenhouses, marble baths, nine and one-half foot ceilings, and balconies. Because of the building's excellent location and high level of design and construction excellence, it attracted a distinguished group of purchasers, including the Canadian Government (4 units) and Dannon Yogurt.
