Settlers' Green, located in the Mt. Washington Valley of New Hampshire, was jointly developed with Melrose Enterprises of Boston and The Webb Companies of Lexington, Kentucky. The retail center consists of four buildings designed in the classical New England style clustered around a central landscaped court. Tenants include such nationally recognized names as Banana Republic, Brookstone, Eddie Bauer and Perry Ellis, as well as local and regional retailers and restaurants. The balance of the mixed-use project consists of the 200room Sheraton White Mountain Inn, and forty condominium units in the adjacent residential buildings, both of which were developed by others.
