The firm has been engaged by American Optical Corporation as property manager and as development manager to redevelop a portion of its worldwide headquarters to a mixed use multi-tenanted business center. The Center offers a variety of space types including light industrial, research and development, warehouse and distribution, and office. The site has been selected by the U.S. Department of Defense to locate its new executive conference and training center.
