1000 Water Street, a two-phase, two-tower complex, located on a full block site in the central business district of Milwaukee, was developed by an affiliate of the firm in a joint venture with the Richard H. Rubin Companies. Phase I of the project consists of 20,000 SF of ground level retail space, a City-owned 1,600 car parking garage on floors two through eight, and 295,000 SF of office space on floors nine through twenty-two. One of Milwaukee's leading law firms pre-leased and occupies the top 5 floors of the building. Phase II of the project will consist of a 400,000 SF office/hotel tower.
