About the publisher

Shirley Gerald Ware is the author of five published books. Her sixth young adult novel “Deported” is scheduled for publication 2014. Currently, she is writing a sequel to her sixth novel “On the Run.” She is the publisher of twelve year old Fresh! Literary Magazine that publishes teen and adult writers worldwide. Many of her poems and short stories and book reviews are publish online and in varies anthologies.

When asked about her motivation to write, she gives credit to her ninety-seven year old Mother. As a child growing up in South Carolina, her mother entertained her and her five brothers by telling stories. The author, writes read poems for wedding, birthdays and bereavements. She is a member of Who's Who. She strongly believe that if you have something to say and can't say it verbally, write it down in the form of a poem or short story and submit it to Fresh! Literary Magazine.
