FRESH! Literary Magazine SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

POETRY: twenty-five to thirty-five lines and free of profanity, religious tones, racism and sexual descriptive scenes. Please include a bio with your submissions, twenty-five words or less.

SHORT STORIES: One thousand to four thousand words, free of profanity, religious tones, racism and descriptive sexual scenes. Please include a bio, twenty-five words or less to be printed with your submissions.

TEEN SUBMISSIONS: We welcome poetry and short stories that includes a brief bio. Please keep your work free of profanity, racism, religious tones and sexual descriptive scenes. All submissions must include your name and your school or university to be considered for publication. Also tell us the name of a teacher who has encouraged and helped your writing.

BOOK REVIEWS: Submit your review of a favorite book, from two hundred to fifteen hundred words. Both review and book should be free of profanity, religious tones, racism and descriptive sexual scenes. Please include details of the book’s title, publisher, author, and year of publication. Also include your contact information and your brief bio (twenty-five words or less) to be printed with your submissions.

BOOKS FOR REVIEW: We review poetry, memoir, children’s books and novels. Please send a non-returnable copy of your book to the address below, your review will appear in our quarterly printed anthology and sometimes-posted on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com
