SUMMER GARDEN CLASSES AGENDA:
(Subject to change)

Class 1 -  Basic intro on backyard gardening and tour of mine and what to bring next week--we will walk around and identify perennials

Class 2 - Container Gardens and Annuals, perennials

Class 3 - composting, herbs and veggies

Keep your garden going for spring, summer, fall, and even winter

Learn about backyard gardening, how to keep a garden notebook, tools, planning, researching, preparing the soil, planting  seeds, when to plant annuals, when and what to fertilize, organic gardening, perennials vs. annuals, herbs, vegetables, containers, zone info., and more. 

This class is for the beginner to the most experienced gardener. 

We do a lot of hands-on projects in garden class. 

Other topics not mentioned above: terrariums, dish gardens, stepping stones, troughs, garden crafts, bonsai and more.

GARDEN PRESENTATIONS FOR YOUR GROUP (GARDEN OR SOCIAL): call for more information, on any of the above topics and general garden info, Opening the Spring Garden, Summer Gardening, Fall and Closing the Garden for the Winter--.

GROUP CLASSES FOR ALL AGES:  are on Mondays, 7 to 9 pm. Classes are held in Jean's garden in June  for 3 meetings. Schedule and more info above. Or make up your own class of 6 people at a special price and set up a schedule.

GARDEN CONSULTING: I will come to your garden and we can talk about your needs, wants, and then what we or you can do--we work together to create a garden that you will be happy with at reasonable rates ($50 per hour in Wakefield, up to 15 miles away $60 and $70 beyond 15 miles).  Reference upon request. Photos of past projects available as well.

GARDEN THERAPY: Consultations in your garden or mine. Private or group sessions. Call for more information

ADULT GROUP WORKSHOPS: TERRARIUMS, SCENTED GERANIUMS, HOUSE PLANTS, BETA BOWLS, DRIED FLOWER ARRANGING, CONTAINER GARDENS, VEGETABLE GARDENS, POND GARDENS, FOUNTAINS, PERENNIAL GARDENS, HERB GARDENS, COOKING WITH HERBS AND FLOWERS,  SEED STARTING, BONSAI, SEED STARTING, ADULT & CHILDREN GARDEN PARTIES AND MORE. 

NEW--GARDEN MAINTENANCE:  I can help you spruce up your garden, plant, deadhead, weed, and cut back plants and/or show you how to do that. I can also come to help you plant your containers and window boxes. All of these can be arranged on a one-time, weekly or monthly schedule during the growing season. Call for more info.
