Dear Neighbor,

It is time for our first annual fall cookout in Belfry Hill park.
The cookout will be held on:

* BELFRY HILL PARK
* (near the Hancock Condos, opposite the Library)
***************************************************

The event is open to all, whether or not they are BHNA members,
and we will also be inviting local businesses, the police,
and the fire department to come as well.  For more details 
as they develop, please check the BHNA website
(http://www.belfryhill.org).

We will have grills set up on the lawn, and will provide 
paper plates, cutlery and cups.  We ask each family to bring 
their own beverages, and their own meat for the grill.  
If each family could also bring one other dish (savory or sweet) 
to share, it would be greatly appreciated.  RSVP is not required,
but it always helps to send advance notice to one of us. 

Please mark the date in your calendars, and encourage your
friends and neighbors to come with you.  We are hoping for
a great turnout!
