On 10 March, the issue of the Christian Science Church
building came before the Board of Selectmen.

The Selectmen were informed that the School Committee 
is not interested in pursuing the church purchase.  
Dawn McKenna then asked whether there was any other 
reason for the town to be interested in a purchase, 
and nobody responded.  The matter was dropped.
