Annual Meeting and Candidate Night
Sunday, February 13th, 3-5pm
Hancock Church (on the green), from 3-5pm.

To save time for the candidates and money for the association,
we are co-sponsoring this with the Loring Hill Association.

Please bring your $20/household renewal dues to attend.
Non-resident Pct.4 TMMs and owners of businesses in Belfry Hill

** Also note that this year we will finally distribute the
** shining new BELFRY HILL DIRECTORY to all renewed members.

3:00-3:10  Join/renew time for members
3:10-3:20  Separate Associations' business meetings (*)
3:20-3:30  Presentation: Parking in Lexington Center
3:30-3:40  Introduce candidates for uncontested offices
3:40-3:55  *Break*, submit questions to candidates.
4:00-4:15  School Committee Candidates Q&A.
4:15-4:55  Selectmen Candidates Q&A.
4:55-5:00  Closing remarks.

(*) During this time, the BHNA will elect a new board of directors,
give a budget report, review last year's achievements and outline
our plans for next year.

If you would like to run for or step down from the Board of Directors,
please let us know in advance (secretary@belfryhill.org), but you can
also volunteer at the meeting.
