J.M.K. Guinn and family took their departure on Tuesday last for Langdale, AL, where they will make their future home. Captain Guinn is a native of this county and ranks among its oldest and most useful citizens. An empty sleeve attests his duty to his State and section in war, as his action and counsel in the people's cause has proven his devotion in time of peace. He and his sons were the founders, and until recently the editors and publishers of the Toiler, and the present editor, joining their many friends, sincerely regrets the removal of the family from Wedowee, where they will be greatly missed. May prosperity and happiness attend them."
