Starting as a teenager by working after school for a local construction company, he continued into the supervision and administration aspect during college. Mr. Lesanto has evolved himself into a leader in the construction industry and real estate community. After graduating summa cum laude from Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Business Administration, Gary Lesanto went on to obtain his Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor License and his company's Real Estate Broker's License. Incorporated in 1996, Lesanto has been active in many local real estate communities and is an integral part in many local development projects.  Lesanto Development employs and maintains the highest quality of subcontractors in the Massachusetts area. Lesanto Development specializes in designing and building homes that meet our specific client needs.  Whether designing from the ground up or working with our clients' own plans, we provide our customers with professional construction consultation, professional supervision expertise, and a superior contractor network. Utilizing our quantitative purchasing power with suppliers, Lesanto Development has established many resources to provide building products of the highest quality at a lower cost for our clients. Additionally, Lesanto mandates that all of our contractors are fully insured to provide a layer of protection for our clients. Our contractors are pioneers in the industry with many years of expertise and knowledge. We strive to maintain a clean job site with highly skilled, professional contractors at all times. Our Speculative Client Our speculative client is one who purchases a home we are building while under construction.  This means that we have developed the land on which the home is being built and that we have designed and permitted that home for speculative sale. Our speculative client usually buys into our project somewhere during the construction phase. Buyers are informed of the product we are building and most of the time they can customize aspects of the construction that are not yet complete. So although the design has been completed, the new owner may still be able to make selections that relate to items such as: interior frame partitioning, finish carpentry, paint colors, flooring decisions, kitchen design, etc. In this regard, our speculative clients are very similar to our custom clients and we strive to provide the same level of exceptional service and quality. Land Development and Acquisition Clients Lesanto Development often engages in purchasing property for development. We work with sellers of many properties that may either be contemplating the sale of a house they own for a “tear down” or owners who have real estate that may be developed into building lots or other types of permitted projects. We have a strong network of local real estate professionals who assist in connecting us with these types of potential sellers. We also attempt to contact many sellers of developable properties directly. Over the years many owners have contacted us directly with inquiries on developing or selling us their property. We always encourage sellers of developable or potentially developed property to consider us when deciding to sell. Our consultation is always free and we strive to maximize value for you. Geographic Area Lesanto Development has constructed many homes in the western suburbs outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Some of these areas include Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Needham , Lincoln , Sudbury, Natick and Sherborn. Although we target many of the suburbs within a 40-mile radius of Boston for many of our speculative ventures, we openly discuss all locations throughout eastern Massachusetts for our design/build clientele.
