NOTE; These are ALL bargain basement sites! Most sites on the internet
are created and designed over MONTHS of time and with much more
resources (manpower and money) than is possible for under several thousand
dollars just to start! A basic cost of $3,000-5,000 initially is common!
However, for a local business such involved sites are rarely indicated or
advisable unless or until national far reaching access and exposure are likely.
For the local small business a basic site with examples of work as well as
access and contact information is the best place to start and may be all that
is ever necessary.

someone who wanted market exposure but nothing too fancy. Customer
provided graphic materials that needed to be scanned, edited and optimized
for the web. Several days of work all together including upload and

Another small one page contract site. Basic arrangement and organization
with some minimal graphics work and optimization. Upload and management.

for a full service site. Graphics editing work and optimization with basic page
design and setup. So far, only one full day or so involved. Total fee to date;

days involved. Total fee; $450

Another simple, single page exposure and access site for service business.
Complete graphics design, creation and optimization. Upload and

Commercial contract site for local business with national exposure
requirements. Minimal graphics provided (logo) which needed complete editing
and optimization. I provided full design and "feel" of site while client provided
content which I arranged and optimized. A number of days over a few weeks.
Total fee; $750 (bargain for friend!:-)
GuitarZoo.com
Internet friendly commerce site with lots of pages and graphics and some
bells and whistles (RealAudio files, etc.). Full design with graphics editing,
optimization and arrangement. Upload and management. Several weeks of
intensive work to launch and then regular maintainance for updating of product
and content. Total fee; ??? ($3,500 or more to start)
