About Me

 

As a resident of the Boston area for over 20 years, I have been selling real estate since 1986.I graduated from North Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and held several positions as a chemist and a chemical engineer in Massachusetts and Connecticut. A scientific background has enabled me to develop excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, two attributes that substantially contribute to the ease with which a transaction progresses.

For the first 10 years of my real estate career, I worked in the Dorchester, South Boston and Mattapan markets and continue to do business there today. Following this, I moved primarily to the Jamaica Plain and Roslindale area and from there have expanded very much into Hyde Park, West Roxbury, and Roxbury as well. Today I am very active in all of these areas. . I also served briefly as a loan originator for a mortgage company and have an in depth knowledge of real estate financing. I live in a Victorian home with my partner and all of the wonderful antiques and artifacts from past generations that I am the caretaker of in my lifetime.

You will find that I am as serious and enthusiastic about you buying or selling a home as you are. My constant goal is to promote a respectful and fulfilling business environment that results in all clients’ needs being properly met. In an age of information, I’ve found that clients want exactly that: information on a consistent basis as well as continual feedback and follow-through. They also expect a professional broker to have first hand experience and a working knowledge of which way to go in a given situation, minimizing the guesswork. Most importantly, they want complete representation.
