When thinking of selling a home it is important to remember that, for the majority of homeowners, their house is their most valuable asset. For this reason, a seller must carefully select the real estate broker entrusted with this responsibility. Of course a seller wants a professional who will bring in the best price with the least amount of inconvenience, but to do this that person must show a marketing plan that will bring about that result, have the necessary negotiating skills, and, from years in the business, have a good and extensive relationship with other brokers in the community. Most of my business is either repeat business from past clients or by referral from satisfied clients. These people know that I always put my client first and am proactive about marketing and all details from before the home is put on for sale right down to the day of closing. This, attention to detail, and properly addressing issues as they arise all contribute to the underlying purpose of obtaining the best price as smoothly as possible. |
