· Enter the listing with photos into the Link Network used primarily by central Boston agents.

 

· Promote the property on our widely accessed website.

 

· Preview the property with Prudential Unlimited brokers.

 

· Advertise the property in other appropriate local news papers including the Gazette, Bulletin, Bay Windows/South End News.

 

· Promote the property with our well recognized sign.

 

· Notify prospective buyers that are part of our office network as well as brokers from other offices within our network who have buyers.

 

· Hold Open House for buyers.

 

· Hold Open House for brokers, if necessary.

 

· Do local mailings to the neighborhood.

 

· Schedule showings and advertising as needed.
