"The genealogy produced by Charles Vernon Gridley BUDDY at this point has John GRYDLEY with two sons, one of whom was Thomas, who was born in Ridgewell and is mentioned in a Subsidy taken in Hunckford Hundred, Essex. His wife was unknown, but he had two sons Thomas + John.
