, Mary Cass, cousin to Governor Lewis Cass. He was intelligent, amiable, and brave. He died January 28th, 1836, aged 60 years, 10 months, and 24 days. He has a beautiful monument in Mound Cemetery, Marietta, Ohio. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE SEVENTH GENERATION.

2455. Josiah Thomas, born September 13th, 1827; married November 27th, 1849, Elizabeth A. Harris. THOMAS HART, Lancaster, Ohio, youngest son of Dr. Josiah Hart, of New Britain and Wethersfield, Conn., and subsequently of Marietta, Ohio, and his first wife, Abigail (Sluman), of Stonington, born December 14th, 1776, at Wethersfield, Conn.; married , 1800, in Kentucky, Elizabeth, daughter of Robert McClelland, and his wife, Margaret (Howe). They lived at Lancaster, Ohio, to which place they removed in , where he was engaged in the mercantile business, and where he died, March 13th, 1825, aged 48 years and 4 months. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE SEVENTH GENERATION.
