The Hart Farm House - 1869

At least 3 farms were built on Cherry Hill in Cornwall, CT by Hart families in the late 1700's or early 1800's. This farmhouse and farm are the only ones that remains owned by a Hart family in 1998. It is not known exactly when this farmhouse was built, but the picture was taken in 1869 when Nathan Hart, Jr. lived here with his family.
