Wallace Marion Hart - December 2, 1887 - July 29, 1957 Wallace Hart grew up on the Hart farm on Cherry Hill, where he was born. He went to school at Mt. Herman in Massachusetts, then tried a couple of jobs in West Cornwall, including a partner in a hardware and farm and home supplies business, and then rural mail delivery. He eventually became the postmaster in the West Cornwall post office. Ethel and Wallace had three children, Oliver, Martha, and Betsy, in the picture below. The picture below was taken at about the time of their mother's death.
